The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from paintglitter.com. These terms apply unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between you, the buyer, and paintglitter.com.
Documentation and Instructions: If product descriptions and user manuals are available for the item, they will be included with the delivery from paintglitter.com.
Delivery Time and Transport: Delivery of goods from paintglitter.com is considered complete when you, the consumer, have received the item. Shipping is handled by the selected courier company. The usual delivery time is 2-7 business days. For special items, such as handmade sinks, the delivery time may vary between 1 to 30 days.
The risk for goods purchased from paintglitter.com transfers to you, the consumer, at the time of delivery.
Reservation: If the ordered color is out of stock, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
Complaints:
Any defects or issues with the delivery from paintglitter.com must be reported promptly after discovering the issue. It is your responsibility to specify, and upon request, show how the defect manifests. If you discover a defect, please contact us via email at contact@paintglitter.com as soon as possible.
You can generally only file a complaint about defects that appear within two years of receiving the item. For products with limited shelf life, your ability to file a complaint is limited by the shelf life that paintglitter.com has specified.
Price and Payment:
You can place orders online and pay with a credit card. All prices on paintglitter.com (at http://www.paintglitter.com) include VAT only wihtin Europe.
Right of Withdrawal:
Paintglitter.com offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the day you receive your goods.
You are required to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You are responsible for covering the costs of returning the item.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return and Refund Policy:
Paintglitter.com offers a 14-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your goods. The product must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received. The item should be returned to the following address along with a printout of the order confirmation. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate the refund process. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.

Paintglitter.com is not responsible for the execution of painting work, unwanted color combinations of paint and glitter, the quality of the paint used for the work, or the final result. Paintglitter.com is also not liable for the quality of the glitter effect if the instructions are not followed. Some of the glitter crystals may naturally be covered by paint, even if the powder is added in the final layer of paint.
ABOUT HANDMADE PRODUCTS AND TERMS
All our sinks are handmade. This means there may be slight variations in patterns and/or colors between your sink and the images shown. However, we do our best to match them as accurately as possible. If you have specific preferences for patterns or colors, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
