The story of Sparkly began back in 2015, right at home. My wife wanted to paint a beautiful starry wall in our son’s room, but we quickly discovered that finding the perfect glitter paint in Denmark was not so easy. The products we could find didn’t have the right sparkle or diamond effect we were hoping for.

After trying to order glitter paint from the USA, we still weren’t satisfied. The starry wall just wasn’t coming out as my wife had dreamed… That’s when dad had to step in and find a solution! 🙂

After all, we couldn’t be the only ones struggling to find the perfect glitter paint, could we?!

Although my background is in IT, I decided that I would now create the perfect glitter product with the right diamond and rainbow effect. And it needed to be easy to use.

The result of our persistence is what you see here today. We experimented and painted many samples, and we have finally perfected the glitter treatment that gives the perfect effect. Best of all, it’s easy to use as it can be mixed with regular paint.

Now, my son has his starry sky with the exact sparkle he dreamed of.
